• As part of your EUDR due diligence, do you collect the information, documents, and data under Article 9 to prove your products are deforestation-free and legally produced?* (Yes/No)

Operators must provide specific information to prove EUDR compliance. The required details are listed in the next section, based on Article 9(1). All must be met to prepare the Due Diligence Statement and place products on the EU market.

  • Product Description* (Yes/No)

A product description is required for the Due Diligence Statement. It must list relevant commodities/products, including constituent commodities for composite products. If the product contains or is made of wood, both the common and full scientific names of the wood species are required. Otherwise, provide the commercial name and type.

  • Quantity of Relevant Products* (Yes/No)

Another requirement for the Due Diligence Statement is the quantity of relevant products. For products placed on or exiting the market, quantity must be stated in kilograms (net mass), along with the corresponding HS code.

  • Country of Production *(Yes/No)

Product risk is assessed based on origin. Providing the production country is essential to verify that products originate from deforestation-free areas.

  • Geolocation of Production Plots* (Yes/No)

This applies to relevant products containing or made from relevant commodities.

Geolocation data for all plots where relevant agricultural commodities were grown or produced is required for deforestation verification and EUDR compliance. For cattle, this includes all rearing locations. This data will be cross-checked with our partner Satelligence to confirm compliance.

  • Production Date / Timeframe* (Yes/No)

To verify that products are not linked to deforestation after December 31, 2020, the production date or timeframe must be provided.

  • Name, Address, and Email of Your Suppliers / Sellers* (Yes/No)

This information is essential for deforestation verification and legality assessment. Each producer's risk score must be evaluated, and legality verification depends on this score to generate alerts and alert ratings.

  • Name, Address, and Email of Your Buyers / Trading Partners* (Yes/No)

Identifying the businesses, operators, or traders you supply is essential, as this information is required to prepare the mandatory Due Diligence Statement for product export.

  • Verified Proof of No Deforestation Link* (Yes/No)

To place products on the EU market, verifiable proof that they are deforestation-free is required. This includes geolocation data (origin information), which must be part of the Due Diligence Statement and legality assessment.

  • Verified Proof of Legal Production* (Yes/No)

This requires providing applicable legal information from the production country, covering: (a) land use rights; (b) environmental protection; (c) forest-related rules; (d) third-party rights; (e) labor rights; (f) human rights; (g) FPIC principles; (h) tax, anti-corruption, trade, and customs regulations.
